"Google and the app says this location closes at 11pm. Ordered through the app and it says the sandwiches would be ready at 9:55. My partner went to pick the subs up and was told they were closed…even though the app says they’re open and my food is ready. They told him that they have no bread to make them and cannot give a refund because they cannot open the register after 9:30pm. This is unacceptable. Now, I have to go back during business hours for a refund and I have a full time job and really no time for this inconvenience."

"Worst subway I ever had .. tried to get a chicken Philly and the two young boys working the evening shift acted like they never heard of a chicken Philly but could make it anyway with rotisserie chicken huge chunks of uncooked peppers and onions. It was the worst sandwich I ever had in my life the chicken was still cold it was just horrible and my husband was basically a wet mess of tomato’s and vinegar like they drowned the dang thing best advice I can give is go across the street to Jersey mikes and get you some real food"

"We came at 9:36 pm on 10-12-2023 a young white male Austin that was closing up at 9:36 motioning for us to go back to the car. I asked him why he was closing early and he said because it was slow. I mean why advertise that you stay open until 11PM if you close at 9:36 Pm?"

"They closed over an hour early tonight so when you order online it means you don’t get it and good luck getting refunds from them. It’s ridiculous and they should be staying till the poster hours."

"Only reason I came back here again was I had a gift card and didn't want to drive to a different location. This time the restrooms are closed to the public. Update to review. Went here at 11:30 am and the door was locked. New hours scribbled on sign show they don't open till 12. What kind of restaurant that serves lunch waits till 12 to open. This place just keeps getting worse. People look at the recent reviews of this subway before going here. I will not be back to this location. The sub I got had very little meat on it and then they wanted to charge me extra for a few more pickles. There are alot better options close by. Harris Teeter's subs are alot better and ceaper. The manager is not friendly and rude."
