"Just went to location for lunch last week and it almost made me throw up. The bread was super hard (flaked when you squeezed it) , even though they told me it was fresh. Tried eating it without the top of the bread, but it tasted funny. Turns out the ham was bad (bad taste and smell). I tried contacting the location, but no one ever picks up. I ordered an Italian BMT, not cooked. Store 48633-0, Fayetteville, NC. This is not the first time I've had an issue with this location, just the first time I've complained about it, since things are continuing to go downhill at this location."
"I ordered in app at 820pm, orders tend to not be ready when it's supposed to be, plus it didn't say pickup/ready time right away, but the order was received. Next time I looked it said pickup/ready 835pm. I got there to the door around 850pm before 9pm and it was a ghost town and locked up. But the hours are actually until 10pm. The Walmart greeter said "they left early." This site does not close at 9pm. The other subways won't take the mailed coupons, only this raggedy location, which is not my preference. So you received the order, took my money and left early on purpose because it's Saturday. I'm out of my money and no food- you essentially stole my money. I can't cancel it, not even in the subway app, I have to wait on the store and likely go up there again. Bad business, i will never use this location again, as I was before. I hope you enjoyed your Saturday at the expense of ruining it for a paying customer's. There's another review a couple months ago the same thing happened. *Update: I came in the next afternoon and they are telling me they closed before they got my order and didn't get it until the morning. So they closed 2 hours early. The 1st thing out their mouth was "we worked double shift". They refused to give me my money back and refused to give me even a free cookie or drink for my inconvenience. They only offered to make the sub and add a drink and side, but did not even have 2 of the toppings to make it how it was ordered. So I'm expected to eat a sub I don't want, that I PAID for, because you're out of 2 toppings- subway does not even have that many toppings. Half all the wells were empty on prep board. "They're waiting on s truck". This store also has lacking inventory process, but likely to save money for the owner. So you're telling me only a franchisee can do a refund and that you've "never had anyone ask for their money back". You refuse to give me a business contact for the owner. You went through all this Ring around to go back and call the owner to do a refund like I asked in the first place. No one will tell me how a refund is done except "the owner does it in the app and it will take up to 5 days" . Stop lying. **when I told the cashier to call back (a 3rd or 4th time) to ask the owner what the process for refund is because I'm being told "i don't know she'll work on it", then i was finally given my refund cash - what i wanted in the first place - but you kept telling me "store workers aren't allowed to give refunds" This is a tactic to avoid giving refunds to keep customers money. Not once did anyone apologize to me, and I broke it down to cashier about customer service, but she kept apologizing to the owner on the phone (same one that has them working double shifts "against their will"). Keep on with your shady practices and your establishment will be closed down like half the stuff in this town, especially a Walmart food court. There is another subway 2min on the next plaza, so you won't be missed. **"
