"Every single time I come here they mess up. Double burger always single. The cheddar bites are either burned or they only give you 4 or 5 now, even though the prices are up. Maybe hire people who will listen. Tf am I paying almost $9 for a single burger meal. No point in repeating your order, it will still be wrong. Check before u leave is my best advice. I'm filing a complaint Update: I made the mistake and went again. Haven't been in a long time. And this is what I got. Leather meat. Yup, I'm done."
"Can’t even get a simple chicken sandwich right. Lettuce tomato pickle and onion. Only got soggy tomato and lettuce. Forgot my fries too. Better off going to McDonald’s or eating at home. I guess that’s what you can expect when you have kids running the show. Way too expensive for the quality of food and service."
"I was on a work trip and this place was right next to my hotel. They have great burgers, but the quesadilla and the fries were average. If you are in the area and in need a good burger, give this place a try."
"I visited this Spring Lake location a few times and have no complaints. The place is usually busy even the walk up window has a line sometimes. But the food is decent and the line moves pretty quickly. The hotdogs taste about as close as you can get to dog on a Weber grill with lighter fluid as you can get. The only other place I would go for a hotdog is Five Guys. The hamburger is decent too. I like the $7.00 tray it's a decent bargain for the food you get."
