"Completely DISSATISFIED AND disgusted !!! BY THE FOOD I WAS SERVED AND HOW I WAS TREATED ! They tried to make me pay for a steak that wasn’t cooked the way I asked (Medium Well ) or honestly kinda looked uncooked! The more I cut the more red it kept getting. I guest they thought I didn’t have the money to pay for my meals. Literally leave $10 tips usually…left nothing for the way my issues were handled. Don’t go to this location later at night. RUDE STAFF."

"After waiting 35 minutes to be seated, we ordered and waited about 50 minutes for our food. It took at least 20 minutes for biscuits to even make it to our table. I love Red Lobster but I was really disappointed. I definitely don't blame our server, I could tell she was trying her best. When we did get our food, it was great. I particularly liked the coconut shrimp and the lobster."

"I ordered the scallop appetizer for curbside pick up. No one answered the phone when I called. I went inside to the to go window. There was a light skinned black girl with a long red wig & claw clip who didn't even acknowledge me. She looked at me, past me and around me. I went to the hostess and asked for assistance and she told me to just stand at the to-go window and wait. Luckily, an older white lady named Carol came to the bar area and asked if I needed assistance. I informed her that I was picking up my to go order. She was very pleasant and handed me my order with a smile. I felt the bottom of the bag was a little damp but I figured maybe it was a little water from sitting on the bar. When I took the scallops out of the bag the container was wet but I thought maybe somehow the juice leaked out. As I was opening the container more and more hot juice began to leak everywhere. I'm thankful I didn't get burned. The leak was coming from the bottom of thr container. I scooped out a scallop while tilting the container to the side to slow the leaking. It was hard and flavorless. I tried another and it was no better. I pulled over to the nearest gas station and threw it all in the trash. My close were stained and my car had to be cleaned. This was not a good experience for me."

"My friends and I were there for lunch and a birthday celebration. Dallas was an excellent server-very attentive. I love lobster, but sometimes you van smell the tank. We did not. The cheddar biscuits were fresh, hot, and soft. We got the lunch specials. My friends got the coconut shrimp with a baked potato. I got the shrimp scampi with a loaded potato. I was surprised at the end with a dessert and a song. A very pleasant outing today."
