"Picture this: Friday at 5pm, 3 hours from home, our car breaks down., and the tow truck can't get to us for 3 hours!!! We called Phil's service. He not only answered the phone but through a series of phone calls was able to tell my husband how to fix the transmission and get us on our way. He was kind, compassionate, and very friendly. If we lived in the area, Phil would be our mechanic. My husband said Phil walked him through it and never made him feel like a dope. Great job Phil Thanks"

"We are so grateful for Phil and the work that he does! We are from Charlotte and were vacationing in Blowing Rock when we we are in need of a mechanic fast. I found him on Google and called him up and he said to come right away, he greeted us in the driveway. He saw us at 6 PM on a Saturday and had our car fixed with a new alternator within two hours. Such a nice guy and has such a sweet set up at his house which is adorable. Would highly recommend him. We are still shaking our heads about how easy and fast and wonderful the experience was. "By far the best mechanics I have ever come across. I took my car here the six years I lived in Boone, every time Phillip and Ross provided excellent service and fair prices. I have developed a great trusting relationship with them, which I have found difficult to do with most mechanics. For that reason, if possible, I always make the two hour trip from Charlotte to get the most honest opinion on the best course of action for my car. Fantastic work, service, and prices! Thanks guys!"
