"Once again it's unfare to the employees not to be able to have a tip cup. The service and food is always 10xs better than anywhere else. They deserve a tip cup!!!!! MANAGEMENT GET THEM A CUP!!!!"
"Had a taste for Penn Station and visited this location. It was not good and the place was dirty. I went to use the restroom and saw a dead roach on the floor. They put very little meat in the sub that all you tasted was bread and it had no flavor. Definitely a waste of money.. next time I get a taste for PS I'll Google a different location with a high sanitation grade. Realized there's was low after paying for my meal on my credit card, otherwise I would have just cancelled the order all together."
"Top 3 BEST FRIES EVERRRRRR Chilled atmosphere, clean and all the staff is friendly and welcoming"
"My Philly cheese steak was sad. I asked for onions and mushrooms. I saw a few tiny pieces of onions, but no mushrooms. I think they need to take down all the pictures of the sandwiches. The sandwiches in the pictures are awesome portions of real looking steak. They looked amazing! I know the pictures are always an unrealistic expectation but the difference was so incredibly stark. My sandwich was mostly bread with what looked like a small amount of cat food in the middle. It tasted ok. It wasn't bad. But it wasn't better than Jersey Mike's right across the street. I will not be returning to Penn Station East Coast subs. I'm a one time customer. My advice to the management. Either make your sandwiches look slightly like the pictures. At least 10%-20% like the pictures. Or keep your mediocre sandwiches the way they are and take down the pictures. I will say the people working their were very nice, positive, and friendly. I got no complaints about them. I hope they are able to find other jobs when that place inevitably closes. The fries are awesome. If you want some amazing fries go there. They remind me of "Al's fries at the NC State Fair.""
"If I could give zero stars I would. I've always loved their sub. I ordered through a delivery service with my job, only to get a subpar sub. I ordered the club, grilled. Bit into my sub only to mainly taste bread, lettuce and tomato. Pulled back the bread to see no turkey, and only a little ham. It literally looks as if they ran out of meat but decided to still send this to me. This is disrespectful, rude and inconsiderate. To say I was disappointed would be an understatement."
