"I order Chinese chicken bowl and was less than impressed. The ingredients were satisfactory and fresh, but the dryness of the bowl was too much. Needed some more sesame ginger sauce in it or on the side, adding a different vegetable that was less dry to the mix would've helped as well. The food prep was not familiar with the dish I ordered, so he had to read the ingredients, and then he was looking for the supervisor to get him the ginger sauce, I guess and she took forever. The place was clean and the staff was friendly, just no sense of urgency and not extremely customer service oriented. I am sure other dishes would've been better and I will try again soon, my experience, was just not the best overall experience this first-time, hopefully next time they will knock it out of the park."

"Some work friends and I ordered lunch today and upon delivery we realized our salads had been made mixed up. We called and spoke with Brie and she went ABOVE and beyond to make it right. I loved Chopt before but this experience has made me a loyal customer. Thank you Brie for being SO awesome!"

"LOVE THIS PLACE! So sad it is not a chain and not on the west coast where I live. Love the endless options of topping and dressing. You can never not be in the mood for Chopt! The tzatziki dressing is AMAZING."

"Picked up a Mexican Cesar from the Chopt in Cameron Village and there was a very strange looking BUG in the salad. I called the store and spoke with the manager and after inquiring about what I ordered stated "Oh yeah, they get in there sometimes but it's normally some lady bugs". ... So, while the store manager did credit the cost of my salad + bug, it seems this is a norm for this store and needless to say I will not be going back."
