"Let me start off by saying this food is something so special! Everything I have tried is beyond delicious (even things I don’t usually enjoy). Today I ordered to go through Grubhub and when I arrived the owner let me know it was a mistake on Grubhub’s part, they contacted them months ago to shut down their store. She offered me a meal AND dessert for free even though the situation wasn’t her fault at all. Grubhub refunded my money and I got to eat one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Will continue to support this amazing company because their food and their people are out of this world!"

"We met the chefs of Gaia’s Kitchen, Sandra and Morgan, at their booth at the Wake Forest Farmer’s Market and purchased a few items. The Buffalo wings, chicken and dumplings, and a lemon dessert were all fantastic! We will definitely be ordering from Gaia’s Kitchen again!"

"Gaia’s catered my wedding reception this past weekend and everything was fabulous! From first contact with Sandra to post-event, working with Gaia’s was perfect. There were plenty of meat eaters at my event who said they would’ve never known it was all vegan. The talk of the event was the chik’n marsala and the tiramisu! I obsessed over the spinach artichoke bites. We also had lasagna, mac n cheese bites, potato salad, and Mediterranean salad . The delivery, setup, and pickup was flawless. It was pouring rain during delivery but we worked it out! I will definitely use Gaia’s for my next event and I’ve already told all my vegan friends."

"A business owned by two incredible women is awesome enough, but the food will blow you away!!! Each item is amazing, but we are especially obsessed with their Italian offerings (lasagna, stuffed peppers, creamy penne, stuffed tomatoes, etc) and their desserts! This place is a must try!!"
