"Home of the mini biscuits. Dined there today for lunch, the biscuits are as small as a cookie , chicken was greasy, had a two piece dinner and the chicken leg was so small it looked like a leg off a baby chic than a chicken. And to top it all off the cashier was extremely rude to the Mexican lady ordering her food, was very rude talking to her in front of her young child. Very rude but with a 90 health score what does somebody expect."

"You can't go wrong with Popeyes these days, especially given they know offer wings. My son and I got a combo off of the app of wings and chicken tenders and it was an absolute feast. Make sure to try the sweet and spicy wings, they are one of the best I've ever tasted."

"Melissa at the front register was great. She is very personable and you guys are fortunate to have her there. Her personality makes me want to come back even though I don't live very close to this location. The chicken was pretty good, the chicken leg was slightly overdone."

"A Hot Ghetto Mess…staff has the worst customer service and the manager had no compassion for paying customers. The chicken looked like it was cooked 3 days ago it was very dry and the biscuit was not done, I would not go to the Popeyes in Garner ever again, and I advise you not to as well."

"My daughter and I went through the drive-through at this Popeyes yesterday. It was the start of our 2-Hour road trip, so we decided to get some food before hitting the road. The attendant that took our order and was at the drive-through window seemed as if she might’ve been in a bad mood, or not having a good day. She was not polite or courteous, and she had a bad attitude. At the drive-through window, I tried asking about something new they had on the menu, and she was very reluctant to even respond to me. She stayed silent a lot, and I kept having to ask her if she was still there because she was not answering my questions. She seemed very annoyed and did not want to be bothered. With all of that attitude and frustration, when I finally got to the window, my food was not even ready. She then informed me that it would take an extra seven minutes for my spicy blackened chicken sandwiches to be ready. I told her I don’t have time to wait so she can just give me the regular versions. She rolled her eyes and almost dropped my credit card as she snatched it from my hand. I gave her the look of disappointment and indicated that this was not OK. She went and got the food and handed the bag to me without as much as a thank you. My daughter was not at all surprised by any of this because she frequents this establishment. She said this is how they normally are there. I had not encountered that before and was appalled by the whole thing. I checked my receipt as I was driving off and realized that I was charged an additional $.25 per combo meals. I was confused as to what the extra charges were and then realized she gave me size medium drinks, which she never asked me about. I assumed that I was getting whatever the standard size was that came along with the combos. If we were not in a rush, I would have parked, gone inside, and demanded a refund of everything. This was not acceptable at all. Besides the poor service, the sandwiches, fries, biscuits, and drinks were good. We enjoyed them."
