"This location always seems to have a problem with drive-thru experiences. If they are still owned by the same franchisee from when i was employed, expectations went down. You wait forever to place your order. When u do get to place it, you still have about 3 people in front of you. There is no sense of urgency to work quicker. And when u do get tour food, if it is a sandwich, its assembled messy and you dont get enough napkins"

"Ate there today and ask them to run my meat twice . It was burnt and dry. Called and talked to the manager and he was unaffected. He didn't care he never apologized. Can't give them my money going forward. Companies now don't care about the food they sell. They don't care if it's cooked right, don't give me food you wouldn't want to eat yourself or give to their family. Damn this makes no sense!!!"

"Same here today to grab a bit of lunch we got our ghost pepper chicken fries made to order and Christy was super professional and had great customer service. We even saw her come out and help another guests when they had trouble operating the freestyle drink machine. Even though they were a bit busy she was very nice"

"Walked in there is no line to place order but 5 people standing around waiting for orders. I place my order and just like everyone else waited almost 10 minutes to get my basic Whopper with cheese and original Chicken Sandwich. There were plenty of people working it just seems they didn't know what they were doing and we're not in any type of a rush to serve anyone. The food was okay the Whopper has way too much bread. it seems like the meat is smaller and smaller the chicken sandwich was taken right out of the fryer and put on the bun so it made it wet and sweaty when you unwrapped it to eat it."

"Ordered a burger fries and a med sprite Received old fries a cup of ice with a sip of sprite and old cold double cooked fries No line at the window but still took long Rude person at the window"
