"I come to this location every other week or so the staff is always pleasant! One of the managers, I believe his name is James, as well as Elijah who has been there for most of my visits are always a delight, and if he is on the line, I never have to worry about my order!"
"Wife and kids went in to get dinner for our family at 630. They close at 7pm so still 30 minutes of being open. Staff was rude. Clearly wanted to not be there. Food was made poorly. Beef and cheese sub had no cheese and was literally only beef on sub roll and no other toppings. Second sub was no tomatoes and put tomatoes on it. Find new employees."
"I paid for an online order for pick up. I waited for over an hour and walked out with no food. Yes, it's busy being by the convention center. They should be prepared for the lunch rush and prioritize online orders. I want my money back, especially the tip. Order number 19798840870895620."
"I've eaten here dozens of times over the last several years and had good sandwiches. Unfortunately, a couple weeks ago I got a sub that had what looks like used chewing tobacco in it. There's an employee who looks like he had a chew in during two different visits, and he is the employee who made my sandwich that day. I'm speculating, but I don't know what else it could have been. Either way, I won't be going back anymore."
