Reviews of Rockin' Rolls Sushi
"It’s a cool experience to have sushi “train” by conveyor belt. The price is nice for all you can eat sushi. The quality is decent. It’s not your high-end or sexy sushi place with nice dishes or awesome atmosphere, but it’s practical and economical to get sushi. It offers dessert too, and hot miso soup!"
"The atmosphere had the feeling of a cafeteria. Nothing fancy here. I do like the fact that you can try a lot of different types of sushi and grab it as you want it. There’s also a small iPad above each seat so you can order appetizers, kids food, or hibachi meals. The food however was just okay and I tried a little bit of everything. I honestly would rather go to a Chinese buffet. I expected a little more for the food quality. My kids also didn’t like any of the food from the kids menu. The drink cups they give you are so small, I had to keep getting up to refill my cup. There were 5 of us, 2 adults and 3 children, and the cost was around $100. The amount of food you get for the price is great but you can definitely get a better meal elsewhere for the price."
"This place is excellent if you are a sushi lover! Monday-friday is cheaper. Prices are very accessible. We really enjoyed this experience. Highly recommended!!"
"All you can eat sushi for under $25? I mean, come on, what more can you ask for? People don’t talk about this enough but Rockin’ Rolls has some of the best non-sushi appetizers and entrees you can find at an all you can eat sushi place. Their fried chicken wings are phenomenal. If I had to only eat these wings alone, I could probably eat my money back. I appreciate how quick food comes out here and how fresh it is. We came in with 20 people and were seated promptly. Sushi wise, it’s $20 all you can eat sushi so keep your omakase expectations low. If you do, it consistently blows you away. The staff was even so kind as to get us extra rolls that we wanted but were getting snatched off the belt before it got to our table. I am very grateful for that."
"So, finally got to try this place out after hearing everyone talk about it. Let's start with cost me and the wife went for dinner and our final bill came out to be $49 before tip. I recommend to those looking to enjoy the all you can eat at the best price to visit this place during lunch hours where it is much more cost effective. By no means am I saying it's not worth it for AYCE but there is no difference in offerings that I could see be it lunch or dinner so save the money and enjoy the same experience for less. The atmosphere is nice here the conveyor belt is fun to watch go by and me and the wife loved the ease of ordering our food. I being the sushi eater tried the Philly roll and the salmon roll as well as the tuna and salmon nigri. Loved the rolls and the quality of the fish on the salmon and tuna nigiri was decent but the rice quality not so much. The hibachi my wife had of the teriyaki variety was much better with the chicken vs the steak. The steak was cooked well done which to me is overcooked at that point but just didn't have the flavor the chicken had. Tried several appetizers. The spring rolls were great. The chicken wings also great. The beef gyoza though good could use a bit more flavoring on the filling. The crab Rangoon may have been the worse ones I have ever tried to eat I didn't even get to the filling because the texture of the wonton was nearly impossible to bite through. Try this place out and get your belly full but do it on lunch."
