"The lady in the drive thru was nice. I had to pull ahead and wait on my husband’s special impossible whopper, as he requested some items to be taken off and other to be added, which I expected as they wouldn’t have a sandwich ready exactly how he’d like it. It took ten minutes of waiting to get the food brought out to us, we live seven minutes from this location so I figured we would just eat when we got home, as I didn’t want my toddler making a mess in the back seat. I get home, the fries for both mine and my child’s meals were soggy and pretty cool, I was like whatever I’ll deal, my husband opens his sandwich, there is no cheese on it at all, my chicken fries are literally hard and cold and SUPER OLD. I check my toddler’s chicken nuggets and they are in the same condition as my chicken fries… hard, cold, and old. I just spent almost $25 dollars on lunch, and now I have to go back out some where else to pay another $25-$30 for different food. I called the number for this location and I get a recording saying “no one is available to take your call”…. Not even a way to leave a message. This is the second time I’ve been here and the food is unacceptable and trash. Please contact me for my information so my money can be reimbursed. This is absolutely appalling. I won’t even feed my dog this rock solid food."

"Lady working the drive thru at 5:05 needs to be fired. Very rude. She forgot my sauce then tried to argue with me over it. She also gave me about 4 fries in a small cup. She had glasses and a bun."

"This place is straight up trashy. We ordered ahead and they still couldn’t figure out how to read the order and make it even after we were ready for pick up and ended up waiting there at least 20 mins. It’s got to be a shift thing or something, because it goes from pretty smooth at this location to just sketchy, like a Greyhound after midnight"
