Chipotle Mexican Grill

"DO NOT EAT HERE! I don’t leave bad reviews unless it’s something terrible. My brother picked up our order and we both got food poisoning. Items were missing that comes with the salad. The food was not cooked down enough. I could tell the fajita veggies weren’t even cooked like normal. I’ve been sick for the past two days. It’s not worth the risk. Also the customer service was poor. My brother witnessed the cook verbally abusing the teenage kid fixing our order. Corporate need to make sure everyone in that store is following protocol. I will not make the same mistake and order from this establishment."

"This location was underwhelming to say the least. First, we were a little leery about eating there just seeing the food not neatly presented behind the serving glass. Then we could not find the sanitation grade and apparently the server couldn't either, but another server finally pointed it out. It was a 98 so great, we can move forward with our order. The food was good. The server was good at allowing us to taste menu items so we could make the best decision. Then we went over to grab our drinks, it was so messy, trash was overfilled and they were all out of the top lids that we needed. Next, we proceeded to sit down and we could only find one table that was decently cleaned. This was right after THANKSgiving so it should have been clean especially with several of people visiting from out of town. Lastly, walking out, the trash outside was overflowing as well. For the price you pay, there should definitely be better accommodations."

"The restaurant was clean. They have plenty of seating. They offer outdoor dining. Plenty of parking in the front or on the side. The staff was nice. I was greeted upon entry. My online order was ready on time. I got home and started eating. I ate my food at home. The food was prepared correctly. It was going well until… There was HAIR IN MY FOOD. I have braids so I know this was NOT my hair. Very disappointing. And it was long. Not like an inch or 2. Disgusting."

"I've not been here before and it seemed like a good lunch option while we were waiting for one of our cars to be worked on down the street. I wasn't sure how it worked, so I asked the employee at the front counter and he walked me through it, which was very helpful. The prices were pretty good for burrito bowls and I liked that they had brown or white rice to choose from. While my bowl was good, they could have had more vegetable options for me. And it was a bit salty for my taste, which I think were the black beans. If it weren't for those two things, I would've given them 5 stars."

"I work in the medical field I do 12-hour shifts, want to grab a quick bite to eat before I went in which is my job was 5 minutes away. I arrived this Chipotle where there was already a long line inside two people standing at the cashier one young lady restocking food. We waited in line for 5 minutes while the staff was back there laughing and joking no one had taken any orders. Finally another man comes from the back and they begin to take our orders but because the line was so long and they wanted to rush they kind of threw your food any and every kind of way. I love Chipotle but this is far the worst one I've ever been to. Future note; it shouldn't take 10 to 15 minutes to get fast food. (Thrown in bag, lid not completely on)"
