"I walked in and asked for a 4 for $4 the lady recommended a $5 biggie bag. I said you don’t sell the 4 for $4 anymore. She told me no. But i went on the website (DoorDash) and was able to place a to go order for the 4 for $4. I’m confused at why I could not purchase the meal in store but not on website. This is false advertising at its finest. And if the employee was unsure then asking instead of insisting I was wrong would have been more professional. Now I’m having to drive fifteen minutes out the way to the Wendy’s on six forks just to fix my craving."
"Ordered Drive Thru and had to wait approximately 10 minutes for my order. I was told by staff that the nuggets were being made fresh. After a 5 minute drive down the road I bring them home and my wife tells me they are cold. The entire order was cold between the fries, burgers, and nuggets we ordered. Definitely a poor experience at this Wendy's."
"I go to this Wendy’s a lot and generally the food is good and fresh and my orders are usually correct. I usually don’t review places but there’s one thing about this Wendy’s that is so strange to me. Every visit, they ask me to pull forward so they can bring my food out to the parking lot, rather than having me wait at the window. Even if there is no one behind me in line, regardless of what I order. It’s not because of the wait time, since almost every time I get my food less than a minute later. I don’t really mind pulling forward, but sometimes, they’ll ask the car ahead of me to pull forward and then tell me to pull in behind them. When this happens, it doesn’t leave enough space for the car behind us to exit the drive thru if they get their food before me, as I’m blocking them in. I also feel bad for the employees who have to walk out to the parking lot every order. If they don’t mind it’s perfectly fine, but speaking for myself, I wouldn’t mind having to wait at the window for an extra minute or two to save them the trouble. Still a great Wendy’s though, the staff is always very polite and friendly."
"I usually have my food delivered via the app and I always have items missing or incorrect. I have lived here for a year and I have only had one correct order from them. I understand things happen and usually give them the benefit of the doubt. Today I finally called to see if I could get refunded for missing items in my order, employees were very rude and told me there weren’t any items missing because there was just no way. Gaslighting customers over the phone is wild to me, especially when they are telling you this is a recurring issue and asking for a solution."
"So I used to come to this Wendy's because it was close by although the wait times are most times long and some of the employees stay being unprofessional with bad attitudes. I went on July 4th to pick up my mobile order. My sandwich is hot but my fries are ice cold and half full as you can see in the picture. I call at 2:33 p.m. and a man answers the phone. I tell him that my fries are and taste cold and old and are half full. He responds saying it's because they were delivered to me. I explained to him that I picked them up. So, his next excuse is that it's because I made a mobile order. I respond by saying my sandwich is very hot, so much that the half leaf of lettuce is wilting on the sandwich. I also explain that my fries were also half full. He then went on "explaining" that fries get colder faster and that "they couldn't have been old" because they make the fries fresh and they've been making small batches all day. I reiterate that in addition to those issues, the fries are half full. He starts "explaining" *again* that when you do a mobile order you pick it up etc. etc, (irrelevant excuses) thus "it couldn't have been old" and "it couldn't have been half full." He was just being very rude and combative. I just say that I don't have to lie. He's like "I didn't say you were lying about it. Don't do that! I can like remake the fries for you but it couldn't have been half full." Just completely unprofessional and with a nasty attitude."
