Chick-fil-A

"Ordered a soup and a combo for dine in. They still don’t put out the ketchup/mayo/napkins, so you have to go up to the counter and wait to ask for them while people look you in the eye and carry on. Fries are cold and old, but that could be a time of day thing and I’m still looking for some chicken in the chicken noodle soup. They spent a lot of $$ on drive through renovations (still not faster, IMO), and do NOT seem to want anyone inside. Could be because it did smell a bit like an old fish market in there. Unfortunate."

"Everyone here is so nice. Drive thru is slow because of the way it’s designed. One car can easily hold up everyone behind them. I typically just park and go in. We also dine in a lot here. Kids don’t like the play place because some of it “smells like feet,” but it is open for kids now!"

"Always fresh and fast! Probably the best Chick-fil-A in Raleigh. My order is rarely wrong, the staff are nice, and the food is great! The inside of the place is very clean and has a friendly atmosphere. I totally recommend this particular location!"

"Unfortunately, too many bad experiences in this Chick-fil-A. This is not the first time we have poorly tasting food. The service was slow and unwilling. About 3 hours before closing time, we were "locked" in the dining area by chairs blocking the way in and out the room by the person cleaning the area. We had to push chairs around to make it out of there. Very unwelcoming. Will skip this location completely from now on."

"Why does this location consistently serve chicken and fries that are obviously prepared in oil that should have been changed. Our family of five would not eat it and others ate part of it. This is not the first time but will be our last time getting take out here. Does management or corporate care? At Crabtree Mall location yesterday I had excellent fresh chicken (see photo) and hot fries. Why don’t you ask them how they do it?"
