"My experience here was absolutely terrible! The customer service was awful and they will insult you to your face. They are the only store within 100 mile radius that carries the dress line I need for a wedding I am in, that being said we had to drive over an hour to get there. Therefore, I called the night before to make an appointment and ensure they had the dresses I need in stock. I was assured on the phone that they would have a variety of dresses for me to try on. While on the phone, the sales associate proceeded to make insulting remarks about my friends wedding date. When I got to the store, I was pointed to a rack of dresses that were supposedly the brand I needed, but they were not. After looking through several racks, I found one dress in the brand I had asked about. When I asked the sales associate why I had been told there was a variety of dresses when in reality there was one, she told me I had an attitude and needed to “calm down.” I am very frustrated and insulted by the whole experience. I hope no one else has to go through that. ***UPDATE: I put the same review on Facebook and was blocked on social media for it. A further example of poor customer service."

"After shopping for wedding gowns at several stores we ended up at this location. I ended up finding the perfect wedding gown! The staff was very friendly and helpful. I even was able to use a tailor recommended by them for a few minor alterations. Would definitely recommend!"

"Sent two friends there and as always Miss JoAnn helped them, gave AMAZING customer service, and they loved their dresses as much as I loved mine. One year after my wedding and I am still in awe at the gorgeous dress you guys helped me find and now have helped 4 or 5 pageant, prom, and wedding friends of mine.
