"If I could give 0 stars I would. Waited 45 minutes and no one ever came to ask for my order. Workers standing around doing nothing with cars and people lined up waiting."

"They really skimp out on the meat in the food, its often pretty much 80% lettuce and tomato, which sucks. Beyond that not anything really particular."

"By the below ratings the first thing that comes to mind is “who’s managing this place.” Just recently I had a very poor quality encounter with the evening shift manager. I was picking up an order, when I noticed how rude and indecent her attitude was towards another customer. She attended me with the same behaviour. When I made a statement “you seem to be having a bad day, it is not the end of the world” She became very aggressive. She began to shout telling me to leave if I didn’t like it. In addition when I mentioned that one of her colleagues was already assisting me. Her response was “I am the Manager” She not only has poor customer service, but also undervalues her colleagues. What she fails to see is that a title doesn’t make you, the morals do! Leadership comes from good morals which can be taught if this Taco Bell branch executive would invest more time in their employees professional development. I really do feel bad for the future of this business, with workers holding managerial positions as such!"

"If I could give the service zero stars, I would. Avoid this Taco bell at all cost! Staff is very rude, food is awful, 10 / 10 do not recommend. I was just looking to get my once per 6 month crunch wrap supreme, and the store was empty. It took 20 minutes to arrive on the counter, none of the cheese was melted, it was quite the let down. I asked about the item and they said their equipment was down and they also provided a really sarcastic solution. Save yourself the headache and go to the next taco bell, wherever that may be. This location is failing at what Taco Bells typically easily thrive at."
