"This review is mostly for the cashier Ebere who was very rude during transaction . She does not greet customers at all. I figured she may have had a bad day. when completing my order she did not say thank you or repeat my order . I thought I was at McDonalds by her service. No smile or anything , she did not even say ready to pay once completing order.. this is not like chick fil a and I hope all employees are really like this."

"Of course it's gonna be a great experience. The food is always hot and delicious but for me it's the beautiful attitude and welcoming joy from the staff."

"I like this location. They recently upgraded to add a second lane to their drive-thru which is great, but service times can still be a little sticky depending on the time of day (never horrible, a little long at night or for grilled items). The food quality is good but flavor and bake can be a little inconsistent on the mac and cheese and the temperature on the grilled chicken can vary. I will say that they are usually willing to fix your order, replace it, or do whatever they need to reconcile. They have good management and the employees are very personable. It is my neighborhood Chick-fil-A so I visit often."

"Chick-fil-A has always been a family favorite of ours. My kids love spending time with daddy in this place. That is why wherever we go Chick-fil-A is a go-to place for us. You can always rely that it’s clean, super, great services and nice people working. That’s what makes Chick-fil-A a great place. I truly like this branch."

"Since new owner team has taken over and old owner has gone off to brier creek this location has become a mess. As usual the line is too long. No point of ordering in app on phone because they only get your order started when the employee in the line scans your phone and so forth. Have been lucky to get my order correct and cooked food not like last times semi cooked sandwich given due to long lunch lines. Management needs to do better control outside with lines and inside with bags to make sure getting everything you ordered. The food had too much peanut oil taste that they use to cook the food. Would prob drive over to brier creek location when in the mood for chick fila next time but not any time soon though."
