"My best friend and I had a lot of stuff to exchange from Christmas Kimberly (Kim) helped us out pick out so many cool things and helped us match stuff to our style. She was so sweet and very personable. She definitely made our time so much fun and so worth it!"
"I purchased a pair of Vans from this location and did with ease, even after having to exchange. The lady that helped me, Grace, was an absolute sweetheart and made my purchasing memorable. This spot usually has consistent service and i do recommend it if you are looking for “streetwear”. Thank you, Grace!"
"One manager was very helpful. Young man. Helped me with my skate deck. He clocked in early to help me because the other manager was too busy speaking with a friend. So she couldn't help me . I was very disappointed by her Level of coustmer service."
"Young caucasian girl, black hair, red hoodie... extremely rude. She was putting away hats as we were standing at the counter waiting to purchase. We waited patiently and then told us to hold on then I said, "ok we are just buying a hat." She followed up and said, " and I said I will be right there," in a snippy attitude. I then went to hand her my card to purchase my hat and instead of taking it, she abruptly pointed me to the card machine. I would never treat a customer as if they were inconveniencing an employee. So then I decided to decline my purchase. Afterwards, my wife and I walked across the hall and bought the same hat a Tilly's."
