"Best bra shopping experience! On 3-22-23, I planned to run in and just buy the same bra I have been wearing for about 10 years. But this wonderful, beautiful, patient VS team member asked if I was doing alright and went above and beyond to help me. She got me fitted into the correct size and suggested multiple bras that might work better than the one I had been wearing. I am so sorry I forgot her name (but she was pregnant). A few minutes later I was out the door with 3 new bras in my corrected size. I am so thankful for kind people who are knowledgeable and act like they enjoy their job."

"the staff seemed to be doing training, i was greeted nicely and helped right away. i was given two bras that were very obviously not my size and not close to the size i was hoping to try. after i had tried on the two bras i hit the doorbell to ask for another size and she never came back. i was more discouraged than anything."
