"I had heard great things about this place and they lived up to every single one. The atmosphere is quaint and inviting, but the area we were seated in was a tad noisy. (The noise was caused by other diners, not the employees. ) We had the Almond Prawns, which were excellent! Our waitress was very friendly, well-informed about the menu items and helpful with making choices. I would recommend to anyone who enjoys seafood and Asian cuisine in a cozy setting. Reservations are required, I believe, so plan ahead."
"Went here for the first time last night. The service, food, dessert, drinks, staff, and atmosphere was just amazing. We had the brussel sprouts and the edamame for an appetizer. Both of us had the Bison steak special with the truffle macaroni and cheese for dinner. For dessert I had the coconut cake and my boyfriend had the peach cobbler. We will definitely be going back again. I highly recommend it."
"Dining on the front lawn as the evening and its light breeze enveloped us was a delightful treat, a bow on the gift of dinner. The menu is largely sushi but accommodates other tastes, too. In all, our table of 4 had 6 different dishes, each perfectly prepared, plated and served. The peanut butter dessert dish is as good a reason as any to return. Great wine list, parking on site limited but adequate, beautifully landscaped yard with its own little bunny."
"Went for a solo dinner and had a wonderful experience. Great atmosphere and vibe in a renovated historic home in downtown Cary. Service and management are excellent, pleasant, and attentive without being intrusive. Oscar was amazing! The Ceasar Salad was delicious, the Wasabi-based dressing had the right amount of kick to not make it overpowering. I had the Beaufort Swordfish and Shrimp which was cooked to perfection. Don't skip dessert, the Molten Chocolate Cake was epic. Everything on the menu is locally sourced and the menu changes every Thursday. I would recommend making a reservation as they have limited seating. This hidden gem is a must if you're a local or in town for business!"
"We've eaten here at least three times so it's time to do a review. First, if you're a picky eater be sure to check their Facebook page on Thursday each week for the most current menu. I greatly appreciate seeing a current menu regardless where I eat but especially at a place that changes based on local product availability. The cocktails are always great. I have enjoyed the cucumber basil gin martini more than once. Husband likes the smoked bacon manhattan. They also have a nice wine list. You cannot go wrong with their sushi. Love the spicy tail of two tuna roll or hamachi crudo. The oysters are always great. Consider any special of the day. The whole flounder offered during one visit was spectacular. I had the best green curry I've ever had here with Mahi and sea scallops, loved the bun cha honoring Anthony Bourdain, great shrimp tacos, and thoroughly enjoyed pork tournedos. The husband who loves duck has also enjoyed duck two ways and Chinese roast duck on different occasions. Do not miss trying the Chinese doughnuts. Staff and management are nice and attentive but not intrusive. Make a reservation and go enjoy something different."
