"We love this business. I pulled in to the The Oil Exchange a few years ago when I was price shopping for for a repair I had been told was needed for my very old minivan. The first thing Lynn asked me was how did I know that was the needed repair? They proceeded to find the real problem, which was not what I had been told elsewhere, then they found another problem, and the whole repair cost less than the original, unnecessary repair. The shaking problem with my van was resolved, and this car is still on the road thanks to Brett and Lynn’s persistence, patience, honesty, and integrity. We have a few older cars, and they have put a lot of time into helping us with all of them. We’re very happy with their willingness to talk through and work with tricky problems. They are up-front if the problems are complex, costly, or even need to be taken care of elsewhere. This is a small business and you won’t always get them on the phone immediately like at a large dealer with a pool of service advisors, but you won’t have to question their honesty, either. Their communication and timing is wonderful. I would seek out this business over a large dealership service center any day."
