"Had a very pleasant young lady take my order tonight (in the drive-through). She took my payment, then switched to another young lady who seem to just not care. My order was messed up. Got all the way home. Found out that it was messed up. Came back to get it corrected and the same unpleasant young lady met me at the inside register. Again, demonstrating a very indifferent attitude, not really caring that the order was messed up at all. Not even apologizing for it. Must be a regular thing at this location. As someone who hires and terminates folks regularly at the business I work for, I understand that it’s very hard these days to find anyone who has any kind of a work ethic. But this was totally subpar."
"What can I say,it's the go to place..my job starts at 6,they open promptly at 5:30 daily and I still have time to get to work,sit down and eat a mouth-watering biscuit or sandwich and I'm happy for the rest of my day"
"Extremely busy at 10am Friday, but food quality was good. Customer service was good. Bo-rounds weren't quite hot after our 15 minutes waiting in line, but they weren't cold. Cajun chicken filet biscuits were good, but not the best, and that's our standard order. Solid 4/5 stars (80%, or B-minus) for the day."
