"food was delicious, but we ordered at 1:50 and didn’t get our drinks until 2:20. food came out fairly quickly and had no problems with any of our dishes. there was a child playing youtube or a show on a tablet. we watched about 8 drinks be made and given out before our drinks were brought to us, including people that ordered after us. i asked for a refund for my partners drink, he ordered a thai coffee which was almost all ice. he took two sips and it was almost gone. the man behind the counter was kind and explained that since thai coffee are strong they are served smaller, but the woman behind the counter was visibly not happy with me and came off as rude. i apologized and said i didn’t want to cause a scene or anything. we were offered another drink but they seemed to really not want to refund the drink. the replacement drink came out very quick was fuller but this experience was not worth the almost $70 we paid."

"Soup flavor is great but noodle is not cooked well and hard to chew. Taste like plastic. Meat quality is also not as good as other pho."

"They have really good food. The banh mih are really good. This time I had the tofu bowl and a tofu fresh roll. They were both very tasty. Together it was very filling. The pho is also really good. I enjoyed the rare beef when I had it. Overall, this was a very tasty meal at a slightly higher price than I'd like, but it was reasonable enough that I've eaten there three times already."
