"Mystery ingredients… ordered a cheesesteak papadilla and it had nearly no cheesesteak in it. Opened it up to look for the meat and found a mystery surprise inside. Called the “manager” and was told over the phone that it “must be a mushroom” and asked me to bring my delivered food to the store for a refund. Ridiculous."

"Worst pizza. How do you mess up a 2 topping pizza. It's without a doubt employees who do not care about the garage product they are putting together. Place is like a circus with the clown of a manager. This was the third time with terrible food and service. I work hard for my money and do not appreciate throwing it away. Let me make you and 4th horrible pizza Not.on your life. Get some management or just close the doors and stop taking money from hard working people and your business is ok delivering this aweful product. First time maybe they are having a bad day, 2nd time they were really busy so I cut them some slack, 3rd time Nope!!! No quality control, no managing employees, and ok with delivering garbage and taking people's money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. BECAUSE YOU WILL."

"I ordered pizza on the app. When I got to the store, they said they could not find my order. I showed them the confirmation number and order number from the app and they said oh well sorry, no pizza. I had to go pick up pizza at Little Caesars instead. The whole family was very hungry and disappointed. I called the corporate number, and eventually a refund, but that hardly makes up for the inconvenience."

"I just ordered a half cheese, half Italian pizza from the Clayton location. The pizza showed up all Italian. My children do not eat the toppings, and if I remove them, there's nothing left of the pizza. I called the location and asked them to send a cheese pie for my kids since they messed up. They told me only if I returned the incorrect pizza. I told them no, that my husband and I were now eating but they needed to send a cheese pizza for my kids. They said ok but "for future reference, need to return the other pizza". What on earth!!!! What kind of service is that?"
