"All the stars go to Lee!! He was the cashier today when my friend I were shopping!! He greeted us with a warm welcome and a smile!! Very polite and kind!! Though this is not my favorite location due to many reasons however having customer service like Lee provided today, it’s well worth coming back. As we checked out he said “Thanks for stopping by, have a great day!” I have NEVER been to a location with much exceptional customer service!! This world needs more people like him!! "I will never donate to this location again. Horrible experience. I have never had an issue in taking donations to a Goodwill ever. We donated maybe 5 things. All practically brand new. Yet they acted as if we were giving them trash and then were like, oh, I have a family member who could use this. That told me they were only there for themselves. Then said they had to inspect every item before taking it. What a bunch of baloney. Such attitude and rudeness. Hate to think how they treat people who are shopping inside."
"Brought dear daughter here for the vintage vests everyone’s wearing now and even though she didn’t find one, she found other great items. Great clean store and even better cashier. She’s the sweetest!"
"I've shopped at this location many, many times & never encountered a problem until today. I purchased 7 bin items. Three pairs of toddler pants size 3T, one toddler cardigan size 3T & one toddler sweater dress size 4T, one women's plus size top that had string ties over each shoulder & one man's sweatshirt. Well.....this older older lady charged me full price for each item ( new full prices) aside from from the man's sweatshirt. My husband & I went to the car as I reviewed the receipt & then I realized she charged way more. We went back inside and she told me she assumed they were on hangers. I told her I would have given her the hangers but they were all my clothing items were from the bins. We sorted through my bin items & she begins to tell me they were suppose to be on hangers. I told her to keep them. I said it makes it difficult for people who sort through the bins thinking the items are bin prices & are not. I will not be going back there."
"Nice to have the bins of clothes and hats and such, but it also means it takes forever to find something you're looking for. I was just looking for a hat. I was thinking those would be in its own basket/ shelf, but I had to dig through a bunch of giant trays of clothes to find a hat."
