Reviews of Rise Morrisville
"Ordered the classic chicken biscuit with no pickles. Had to reorder because they added pickles. Should have double checked the second time; there's this smelly orange sauce on my biscuit that tastes like wasabi. Gave two stars because the fries were good. Couldn't eat the biscuit."
"The customer service is terrible and the food is disappointing. I ordered 2 breakfast biscuits and some donuts. The apple fritter was extremely dry, hard, and all of the donuts lacked flavor. There were no chunks of apple in it which was desperately needed to give it some moisture. I was trying to ask an employee to put my biscuit sauce on the side, but the Hispanic female employee nearest the entrance was looking down at her phone and called a black male employee over to help me. They both started arguing about who should help me. She was rude and dismissive and he was immature and acting silly. If they have an issue between them concerning the division of labor, that should be addressed in private, NOT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. When I got home, I saw that no one had put my sauce in the bag. They might have remembered to honor my request if they hadn’t been so busy arguing about working. The food is overpriced for the service and quality you receive."
"I popped in to get the cinnamon biscuit. It looked really good and I was excited for it but the man who made my order was coughing all over the donuts. Not a single attempt to cover his mouth. Let me be clear, he wasn’t clearing his throat but full on coughing. That’s just a risk I’m not willing to take. It may have been a waste of money on my end but hopefully this review will be taken into consideration for better health practices."
"For some reason, my order wasn’t worthy of a biscuit?! I picked up my order on the way out of town and opened it just too late to turn around. They forgot the most important part of ordering a biscuit sandwich! I tried calling but they don’t respond - maybe lose the phone number or note it’s just there for aesthetic purposes. What a disappointment."
"I recently visited here for the first time and I believe I will try them again. You do have to place your order on a kiosk. I ordered their chicken box with fried okra on the side. My food was good except they added too much seasoning salt to the okra making it salty. The chicken tenders were delicious and the ranch was good. Maybe the biscuit may taste better on a sandwich. As a side item it was a little dry and lacked some flavor. Overall I had a good experience as the workers were friendly, my food came out hot and I didn’t have to wait too long for my order."
