"The issue at this location is the customer service. They really don’t have enough people working and the folks that are working are overworked. They mean well and are doing the best they can. But management needsto hire more help!"

"I will only be able to award 1 star due to being charged not once but three times for the cheese crazy bread. I used a master card gift card informed the customer service rep message indicated approve. Yet he insisted that it didn’t go through, attempted another time with the master card gift card again approve message yet rep indicated it didn’t go through. As a result, I had to use a different form of payment. I was able to get cheese crazy bread yet was told I had not been charged on the master gift card. Yet when I checked online I had two separate transactions for Little Cesar’s. I went back to the location, the rep who had completed the transaction was there yet informed via another customer rep that the system was down. Told all that were present that they would not be able to order pizza, all systems were down. For the customer rep not to even attempt and address me as a person shows lack of customer service."

"This location use to be decent a few years ago; however, it has recently really gone downhill. I keep giving them a chance but every time either the order is wrong or the pizza comes out half cooked with sauce and toppings slopped on top. On top of that its always too much of a hassle to ask them to remake the order because you never know how long it's going to take them to get it done. I love Little Caesars but this location needs a complete management overhaul."

"Make sure you call first, if not you gone be standing around waiting on ur food and listening to the employees talk all day. The Calzony was good, something different."

"placed an order online to pick up 3 cheese pizzas on our way home from practice. When we arrived home I opened the pizza to find that 2 out of the 3 pizzas were missing a significant amount of cheese in the middle. I called the store to let them know this is unacceptable and I could see no way this was missed during the cutting and placing in the box process. So you 100% knowingly sent out product that was unsatisfactory! I was met with the option of driving back 15 minutes out my way to have the 2 pizzas remade. When I protested and asked why is that the only solution considering I paid for a product I didn’t receive and now would have to drive back just to have it fixed unbelievable. Then I was told the district manager herself packed my pizza so there was no way that it was as I described it. At that point I asked for her name and was hung up on. I called back and advised the correct course of action at this point would be store credit for the inconvenience in the amount of the 2 pizzas. The fact that I had to go through all that and attempt to fix these pizzas after a long day is beyond frustrating. How do you mess up not 1 but 2 cheese pizzas?"
