"Beignets and Coffee! Spoon drop! It's been quite some time since I've had beignets at Cafe du Monde so it was quite a delight to have real beignets again. The coffee was brewed weak for me but I'm very picky and I understand they have to brew for the masses. The flow of traffic was easy to navigate in the food truck court and everyone was up on covid protocols. Super nice folks. I'll be stopping in again the next time I'm within a hundred miles."
