"I normally don't review fast food places, but this particular Burger King has been pretty consistently good for breakfast, the last couple of times that I have went. The biscuits here are better than what you get at McDonalds, Wendy's and Hardees (whose RTP location is awful) I would hardly ever eat Burger King, but this location has changed my mind regarding BK."
"This is the slowest Burger King I have ever been to. Prepare to sit in the drive through for 10-15 mins every single time. Most of the time it’s only one or two cars ahead of you and it still take extremely long."
"This use to be my favorite Burger King. I’ve been coming here for about a year but for the last 2 months the experience is horrible!!!! I’m not sure if they fired the whole entire staff that was there before but the service is terrible. It’ll be about 2 cars in line and your waiting 35mins to even order. When you order they ask you 20xs to repeat the order. Get to the window and it’s still wrong. Then they get a attitude when you ask them to fix the order. I’ve literally been waiting 25mins to get food the last 5 or 6 times I’ve been there. It’s seriously frustrating waiting that long for FAST FOOD and it’s literally only 1 or 2 cars in front of me. This place needs new management & from the recent reviews it’s obviously this location has went down hill!!"
"Poor service. I do mobile app and drive through for my service. Then I send my son to get my food and the Manager constantly harass my son about my order. He gives him the my name and my order number. Even showed the guy a picture that I placed the order. Don't go to this Burger King, poor service use another location. Until they get rid of this Manager which is a guy. Not point in shopping there for food. McDonald's is a better choice on South Miami Blvd, on Durham NC."
"Thank you KIMBERLY for the good customer service. It was very very busy at this location and only three people working. That was an awesome job ladies. Most of the food was hot and fresh. However the fish sandwich I had was NOT fresh, but I was already at the hotel so I didn’t go back. I will contact the store though to let them know. I love the inside design of this location and the large size."
