"I showed up this morning, and didn’t call ahead, to order a desert platter of Bo Berry biscuits. This team handled it with extreme ease! I knew when I walked in that it would be a good experience because the cashier knew a few customers by name, and that’s great customer service! They we all very polite and I was in there like 15 minutes at most. I didn’t get anyone’s name but didn’t have to because they all were doing a great job. I know where to stop and get all my work orders at from now on!"

"I love bonganbles salad because of the ranch dressing, but the service was poor, and even when the lady at the window asked what type of dressing I wanted they still didn't put it in my bag. I never came to this location but in any other location, they never forgot about the dressing. Because I was on my way to work and running late because the way time was long I now had to eat my dry salad and maybe not."

"Everything was good when I went in, everybody was very polite. And Linda, the server who passed my food and drink was very sweet and patient with me and other customers. I just couldn’t hear her much, but that’s cause I had loud tools in my ear all day."

"Food here is pretty good, would say comparable to KFC but more/tastier seasoning. Staff are friendly but messed up my order because they were distracted talking to their peers. After a long day don’t care to be “that guy” so took it as is so I could move on with my day."
