"I had a really negative experience here. I ordered chicken nuggets and a sweet tea online through the app however when I arrived to pick up my order they told me they can’t make them because it’s in the morning. This is extremely frustrating because the app allowed me to place this order so why was this able to go through the system? Anyways, the assistant manager had a condescending tone with me and really offered no help for a resolution. I wasn’t even given my drink that I ordered until I reversed my car back and asked for it. I never got the assistant managers name but she truly had an attitude with me off rip and didn’t really want to answer any questions I had about my order. She closed the window on me mid sentence of my question actually. Also for context, I was completely respectful about this. Never raised my voice. I had questions and unfortunately the person I was asking was having a bad day. However, they definitely are not fit for management."

"This location is the worst in the area. It takes them forever to complete orders both in store and in the drive thru and don't even think about ordering delivery. My latest delivery order took over 1 hours and multiple door dash drivers waited for 20 minutes to then drop the order because this location is so bad at what they.do."

"Orders are all kinds of messed up and fries are barely filled. I ordered a #7 DOUBLE and my girl ordered a large Asiago chicken sandwich, both combos. The medium is in the photo but not the large because some were eaten and it wouldn’t be accurate. I get a #7 SINGLE sandwich and she gets..idk what it is. We think another #7 but there is barely any bacon on it. I just want my money back as I spent $35 on the meal but got about half of what I asked for and still had the wrong foods."

"Came to the window to pick up a DoorDash. The lady taking the orders, told me I was at the wrong location as they did not have the order for the person that I was picking up for. I proceeded to tell her that I was at the correct location because if I wasn’t, it would not allow me to confirm that I was at the store After we went around and around and around over whether they had the order or not I said you don’t have an order for these initials she said oh yeah we’ve got that then why did you just spend 20 minutes arguing with me over whether or not, I was at the right store and whether or not, you guys had my order And got an attitude with me"

"Fries were hot and crispy. We got double burgers which were moist and delicious. The dinning room was clean. The Manger took our order and was very friendly and helpful."
