"sorriest f21 i’ve ever been too. anytime I come here the dressing room is always closed, store associates act like they hate their job and etc. do they get paid to just stand there? cause that’s what it’s giving. no customer service whatsoever and how do they expect to sell anything when the dressing room is closed 24/7 lol… and apparently it’s favoritism when it comes to trying on, let a lady go in but told me no just sad"

"This dress that I am wearing was purchased for just 10$ on the sales rock.. it is super sexy and I got alot of compliments for it. The store was very clean. The workers were very helpful as well. I bought another dress that had bubblegum on it i got 10%discount. I haven't removed the gum from the dress so if u know how to please feel free to share your tips.. thanks in advance"

"I went into forever 21 cross creek mall fayetteville nc and the atmosphere was so uncomfortable to shop it was ridiculous. The reason: There was no air conditioning on!!!! I heard other customers shopping complaining too but I don’t know if they will actually write a review. Why isn’t there any air conditioning in this store?! You have to wear a mask because of Covid-19, then on top of that there is no air conditioning running in this store. It’s 100 degrees outside here. Ridiculous! Not going back until they get air."

"I personally love this store.. at times it's very busy and stuff seems to be just placed wherever (sales area.. when people aren't being considerate), but you can always find something for any occasion.. just have patience... and the prices are very reasonable on most items.. GREAT SHOP PICK!!"
