"I always stop at the Dog House when in Durham bc I love their Bull Dog hot dogs. Their chili is the best bc it's home-made with real hamburger beef, not the canned stuff."

"Did a quick stop before delivering packages for Amazon. Was able to get our food within 5 to 7 minutes after ordering. Got 3 bulls and 1 pup with 3 mediums sweetened tea. Wish the dogs didn't have too much mustard and didn't have enough chili. There was more slaw and onions than the chili. It was good enough for a quick lunch. The service was fastest even with the Dog House team having 4 other orders before mine."

"Love the fries! Text is crisp and they are unsalted. Ketchup and salt are available upon request. I had the Carolina Bull Burger (chili, slaw, cheese, burger). Mixed feelings. The slaw was well made, a little tangy, and flavorful. The chili wasn’t disgusting but it had almost no flavor or seasoning. It was pretty unappealing taste and texture wise. I will try this place again but get a regular burger. Service: someone else mentioned this is a training store. People waited a long time for a chance to order (even if no one was in front of them) and a long time to receive the order. The cashier seemed to also be the trainer (or just the most knowledgeable) so he had to stand in the kitchen and help/supervise the people preparing food. So while food is being prepared, no one is at the front taking orders."

"I like The Dog House, just not this location. If they're getting your order wrong and taking forever to make it, it's probably because they are in the back talking trash about their customers. Definitely one of the least professional establishments I've been to. Seems like now they've decided to put only a tablespoon of chili and slaw on their dogs now too, along with a 30% raise in price. Pathetic."

"Great hot dogs and chili and of course crinkle cut fries. Fast service with everything made to order. I like to introduce people I am working with to this chain whenever I am in Durham."
