"Pretty cool spot. It's like a clothing pawn shop. I've seen alot of name brands but I feel as though the prices were alittle on the expensive side to be used, especially shoes. It was definitely a full stock of clothing/shoes so if you go, make sure you have the time to siph through the selections. Everything is also correlated by sizes so looking isn't as difficult. I didn't purchase anything because I was waiting for someone else to run errands but I'll be back to check it out."

"Very disappointed in this location. I walked in and was not greeted. The owner Kelly was having a very intense personal conversation with a young lady named ASH!!!! I explained to her you are a small buisness owner and should greet all your customers. I felt she was extremely racist. She then rudely told me I could have a email to complain. You’re supposedly the owner and instead of apologizing and taking ownership of your actions. You decide to reply to a customer of color smartly. I will never spend a cent on this location. I will be sharing on my social media and TikTok my experience. We are spending our hard earned money during the holidays. Also I was trying to support a small buisness only to be disrespected."

"I've been shopping at this store for years. It wasn't the location or customer service that made me return. It was the prices! However, the prices have gone up significantly. So much so that their prices are about the same as any other store such as Marshalls or TJ Maxx. Which is a shame because that is the attribute that distinguished them from any other store."

"Their taste in clothing, especially mens, aren't the best. Their goal is buying stuff for teens, but their selection is pretty bland. I can't imagine a teen buying most of these items. I've also struggled with this particular exchange brand in the past, very hit or miss, with what they're interested in. They really avoid certain brands, regardless of condition or style, which I feel is shortsighted and a mistake. I've had them buy some clothes from me in past and even when they do they tend to pick the absolute cheapest and worst quality stuff. I always look for clothes for me and because they're transfixed on teen clothing I rarely find much. As I said though, even as teen I would have struggled to find clothes here. There's just not enough of a style and quality difference between this and a thrift store. When I first got into the idea of buying and selling at exchange stores it was with brands like Buffalo Exchange in the bigger cities. Still to this day they have better taste in clothing for both buying and selling. Their sign says they want men's clothing, but they didn't seem to actually want anything. Idk. I won't waste time next time. It's just not worth the time involved."

"Associates were friendly and professional. I have not sold to this platos in a while, I took a chance and I'm satisfied. They gave me a fair amount for my items. They have alot of inventory coming in continuously, so it's understandable if everything you bring does not get sold. Definitely selling to this platos again. Thanks for the great experience"
