"Typical Burlington. I only go because my spouse wants to. Understaffed but nice staff, always long lines no matter the time of day, overall store appearance, as most every Burlington store we have gone to in several states, disheveled and items on the floor. I get it, that is poor customer behavior by many, by I have staff do a sweep of the place. Prices are very good. In response to the reply I received, "response from the owner," sorry, but this response is very cookie cutter, and IF an organization was truly concerned with the customer experience, DO something. This issue is decades old; for example, understaffing-I feel for the employees who are so very nice."
"Update2 : turned it off for a week. Back on. Same awful deterent beeping playing at concert volume UPDATE: Thank you for the response and action taken! Turn off that beeping antiloitering alarm behind your buisness. It's ridiculously loud that I can hear it through my apartment walls every night. Trying to sleep hearing a sound intented to ward off people in my own appartment is ridiculous. I've contacted the property owner and nothing has changed. Please have someone come out to the apartments behind your building and see how loud and earpiercing this noise is. It bounces off the other buildings echoing."
"It's been years since I've been to this place like when it was still called Burlington Coat Factory (I still call it that). I got some cute things for my kids. One thing that has not changed was the appearance of the store. It's always messy and the holidays has nothing to do with it. Also when there's a line, it's only two people working as a cashier. Not a bad place to shop for brands at a fraction of the price."
"The Raleigh store is a mess. They have closed the fitting area. When checking out it took 17 minutes, but the most distracting part of shopping there was the shopping alarm going off for about five minutes. I went 6/14 after work today. The store was cleaned up, still no dressing rooms, the shoe alarms went off for more than 10 minutes, and the wait in line to check out is to long. 2.5 stars 7/19 @ 4pmish Fitting rooms closed store in much better shape than before. Someone work to shelf stuff and keep it tidy. Still a big check out line that would take at least 15 minutes since there's only two clerks."
"First time at this location and this is what my impressions are. Wide open spaces greet you as you walk in the door. What you don't get as a greeting is associates. I assume they are around but I can only clearly see them at the register. There are signs at the door that they are looking for great talent but on the table you see the talent they are requesting is seasonal. Tons of racks but they have few clothes in areas where you expect a lot like children. Many purses and designer bags but limited in size. So many gaps that in my opinion should have merchandise. It may be me but I was expecting something more. I could have a better chance of finding something at Goodwill. It's up to you if you want to wear a mask. Out of the ten people around me only three had masks."
