"I have been to this location many times over the 5 years that I've lived in Fayetteville. I'm always in and out, staff is always polite and professional, and they always listen (even when it has nothing to do with their job description.) Like when I had just lost my dog of 14.5 years. I was just SO distraught and entirely alone. My husband had P.C.S.ed just 6 days prior. Despite probably coming off like some kind of nutthe young man behind the counter showed compassion and kindness by listening (I really was beside myself and just COULDN'T keep it in. Of course, I was a bit embarrassed afterward) but also kept the line moving."
