"Never seems to be open. Stopped in the morning to get a double expresso and breakfast sandwich. Was told they were out of the sandwiches. Stopped next day to get a venti iced mocha was told they were out of chocolate but was offered the white chocolate sweetener as a substitute. But again out of the breakfast sandwich. Stopped this morning for a double expresso and the lady behind the counter said "how about a regular coffee instead" no mention of being out or anything just seemed like she didn't want to make it. Again no breakfast sandwich. If you are going to offer Starbucks amenities you should have them actually available for purchase. The hotel itself is nice. Clean and the staff have been great. Minus the Starbucks situation."
