"Some of the rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. Clearly don’t want you to order anything and have a terrible attitude. McDonald’s one up’s this place by 100% which is scary. Needs to be shut down if management just doesn’t care. Out of most of the food on the menu and when we pull to the window you get eye rolls when not even giving back any attitude. Food was cold and clearly sitting out all day. I’ll never go back."

"Staff appears to be confused. The manager needs to train staff better. The floor in the dining area needs cleaning. the floor near the drink machine was wet without a wet sign. This is hazardous, and accidents waiting to happen."

"I placed an order online around 1930 and arrived at the store at 1945 and noticed that all of the lights were off as if the store was closed. I walked in and there was one staff member at the drive through on his phone with a line of 3 cars just sitting in the drive through. Once the staff member noticed me he told me that they are closed and I said “well I was somehow able to put in an online order for this location and am supposed to pick it up at 2000”. Two more staff members walked out of an office and one of them told the original staff member to lock the door. The service just got worse and worse as more people came in complaining and returning orders before the staff got a chance to lock the door. The staff members were cursing and just being rude to other customers. I heard the staff say that they didn’t have enough chicken to fill my order so a more senior staff member came over and grabbed a bunch of random chicken to throw in my bucket. Once I got home I check the chicken and most of it looked as if it had been picked over by Eric Cartman. I will not return."

"Went thru drive thru. Ordered 2 pc white with Mac & cheese & coleslaw. Asked for 1 pc original 1 pc crispy. Got my order & my biscuit was missing. They gave me one. Once home I found 2 pc of original. It was good but .."

"Won’t lie since I moved to NC I’ve gotten use to bad service. From fast food to dine in it’s typically always bad service with rude employees which is odd for me because I really don’t care about if things get messed up. I expect less after living in other countries with amazing service. That being said I was very pleased with this location and experience. My meal was correct which most places it’s not. I believe the manager informed me an item would take 3/5min and offered me something else which was fine but I took the offer. The kind lady who took my payment was friendly and had colorful hair which I though was different but bold and I liked it. Great group of employees from my experience."
