Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

"The staff was very accommodating with our simple order of frozen custard, made much more complicated by the demands of 2 and 5 year olds. One table was nicely decorated for Christmas. We had a nice family time with good quality food."

"I visit this location fairly often on my way home from work and the experience is usually just fine. However, tonight I was not impressed at all. The girl at the window barely spoke two words to me because she was too busy laughing and goofing off with the other employees. I get it, whatever. She told me the fries I ordered weren’t ready and asked me to pull around the building. About 10 minutes later she slowly shuffled out the door with the rest of my order, all the while engrossed in her cell phone. She barely took her eyes away from her phone while she handed me my food. I don’t expect an entire conversation but I felt that this was very rude, especially when I had to wait extra for fries at a burger joint during dinner time. Customer service can make or break a business and I hope the managers will take the time to train these employees on basic manners and decent customer service."

"The fries are awesome...burgers are really good, but I don't like the cheese they use. I like the fry sauce and the jalapeño fry sauce. The cashier was really nice and my food came out fast. I used two free meal vouchers that my husband and I got on Veteran's Day, so I didn't have to pay anything."

"This was my first time trying them. It was a nice meal. I really enjoyed the burger, combo #3, and fries was great. I will say that the prices took me back some because it was a bit on the expensive but I know it was because of it being a steak burger. Oh, the customer service was amazing and fast. Update: This is now my second time. I got the number 2. This place may be the only place where I eat the burger before my fries......and fries are my favorite food, I ALWAYS eat my fries first."
