"After reading some of these reviews, I feel that my experience pretty much matches the experience of others. I walked in to receive my online order on 11/13/23 at 12pm and a guy was there and acknowledged my presence. A female then took over and prepared the order. I asked about condiments and she said with an attitude, “they didn’t ask for condiments” and didn’t bother to see about rectifying the request. Not to mention a drink with no straw included. I most likely won’t be visiting that establishment for a while because I understand employees typically don’t stay long. I don’t feel like she will be there for long."

"Need better trained counter staff especially in area of customer service. One of the employees parks his red car right at the front door almost every morning. Seems wrong and inconsiderate of customers."

"I WISH I COULD WRITE A REVIEW WITH NO STARS… I AM SO DISAPPOINTED.. we ordered a chicken tender sandwich and I don’t even know what type of trash they served us. Complete waste of money.. never will I eat there again."

"Had to wait for my food. Then the fries were room temp at best. My chicken sandwich looked like it was for a biscuit at best not a sandwich. I' m not coming back and I hope this helps others in their choices for food stops. Not worth the money."
