"The worst tire shop ever - they are very unprofessional & disrespectful. They did my all wheel alignment incorrectly. The guy with the glasses does not know how to talk to black women and was very rude to me unprovoked. Then he kept saying “I don’t have customers like you” whatever that means and I am glad he never has customers like “me” because he doesn’t deserve any of our money with that nasty and evil attitude. I wish my body shop never took my car to them. The shop is so nasty inside and half the workers don’t work instead they’re walking around doing nothing. Oh and let’s not forget about the part, where he automatically assumed I had an attitude when I walked in and he told me I don’t know what I’m talking about when I clearly had a diagram of how incorrectly they did my total alignment. I took it to BMW a week later and they said the alignment was done absolutely incorrect. Never take your car this these people especially if you have a foreign car - they don’t have the right equipment nor know what they’re doing."
