"It may not look like much, but the food and service make up for it. I had the best chicken gyro I've had in years. The fried okra was outstanding and hubby's fries were some of the best ever! Stayed crispy until they were gone!"

"My family and I have been ordering from Kitchen Queen for the last few months and it has become one of our favorite places in Durham. The food has always been consistently delicious, of good quality, and fresh. We love that it is a family owned and run restaurant that is caring and gracious to their customers. We recently decided to order catering from Kitchen Queen and they did a fantastic job. They provided us with Mediterranean fare including but not limited to baba ganoush, hummus, falafel, kebab, and stuffed grapes leaves (which were our favorite). They were professional, timely, and took the greatest care in the presentation of the platters (see pictures attached). They were able to meet the group’s dietary restrictions that included a vegan diet and nut allergies. All our guests loved the food and asked for the restaurant’s name and location. Please visit and order from this great Mediterranean place! We also highly recommend their fish fry and fried okra."

"Entering the shop it was a very clean atmosphere and very refreshing. The young man who took my order was polite, inviting, and warm. I ordered the chicken kabob with hummus and fries. It did take about 20 minutes for it to be ready so I waited outside where they had tables and a tarp for shade. Everything was freshly made so the wait was worth it!The chicken was juicy and delicious. The fries were so good ! I will definitely be going back to try the rest of the menu!"

"This is amazing place for more than one option food , the lady who own this place is very friendly and kind , her food is very clean and delicious, i orded this plate and enjoyed my fried kove and fride okra , I recommend this place they have very big menu, friendly ppl i drive from cary to durham to sat in this amazing place"

"This is a tiny little place and offers variety of items. The owner is nice and talkative. We tried chicken philly and beef gyro. Both items were good especially chicken Philly which i saw for the first time anywhere. Its very old style and not so fancy so just keep that in mind lol."
