"I don’t usually give negative reviews. Here’s the scoop - if you love good smoothies and don’t mind feeling invisible and never acknowledged at the register for 15 minutes, then you’re in luck. You can get that here. I’ve never felt so unwelcome as a customer and felt foolish even coming here…I know the service industry can be challenging. An employee might be having a bad day or dealing with horrible customers, I get that. But, poor customer service shouldn’t be the norm if you actually want to keep customers."
