"Very beautiful atmosphere. The food is delicious and Jaswanth is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended. *Edit* returned 9/16 for takeout. If you want your food to go, order like you're eating in then ask for a box. To go is a very noticeable amount of LESS food, but the SAME price. I was shocked. I still recommend the food and good service. I'll just be dine in only going forward."

"Tandoori Trail is by far the best Indian food I’ve ever eaten in North Carolina. The food is very much Authentic. You can taste the fresh blended of spices in every dish. The atmosphere is very calm and ambient. I practically eat here all the time! Thank you"

"We came here after hearing from a lot of people about the hype. Well we ordered chicken biryani, mutton biryani, chicken kali mirch , grilled chicken tikka and naan. Grilled chicken tikka was ordered after noticing how sizzling and hot it came to our neighbors booth. Or table received stale chicken, non sizzling and cold. We sent it back and then they corrected it. It came out sizzling but still cold inside. Naan were chewy and soaked in butter. The only redeeming factor was the taste of chicken kali mirch and chicken biryani was very oily. The chicken was not very well cooked and towards the center the chicken was bloody. The service was horrible as well. The server didn’t care to refill our water glass, neither provide us with straws. We had to get them on our own. The cutlery had hard water stains and wasn’t wiped properly. We won’t be returning again."

"Tried the Pathaani Sheekh Kabab, Malai Boti Kabab, Butter Chicken and Awadhi Mutton Biryani... There was also some outstanding Sweet Paan to round it all off! The butter chicken was absolutely delightful stuff, as was the Sweet Pan or Mishti Paan as we Bengalis call it... The Biryani was neatly packaged, but to be honest I would have my reservations in calling it Awadhi Biryani... But no complaints... Definitely would be going back for more stuff in days to come!"

"AMAZING Indian food!!!! This is the best Indian food I've had in the States. The Butter Chicken is outstanding and tastes like I'm in Bangalore, India again! Service is attentive but also gives you space to relax and enjoy the courses. You can select how spicy you want each dish which allowed us to order with our daughter. The owner is very hospitable and provided us a history of dishes and the restaurant's origins. There's a full wine, beer and liquor menu along with a broad selection of lunch and dinner items. We will be back and will be having Door Dash for delivery. Finally, a great Indian restaurant in Apex!!!!!!"
