"Rude staff can always be found here. That said, the owners must be the same way because it's DEFINITELY who they hire. Pre COVID I liked the location. Post COVID, I despise it. Oh, & what's with their little asinine nothing over $100 bill rule? They make change for a $100 bill in all of 15 minutes but won't break one. I won't go back nor would I ever tell anyone to go. All of these little fast food places need new managers and workers who want to work. They don't wear name tags for a reason. They could though because even when you report people like Autumn, nothing happens except that they get nastier."
"Excellent staff and service. Poor management/scheduling. Every morning they shortstaff their opening crew causing untold revenue losses due to time constraints for most people, who are forced to choose between being late or eating due to the line wrapping around the building, out of the parking lot and down the street. Much like that sentence. Most drive off. Both lanes need to be open with the staff to service them. The traffic between 5 and 7 am support this. This is a daily occurrence."
