McDonald's

"Not sure if everyone was tired this day or what but I ordered my food at the self ordering station (because I was told that was the way to order) and had a question for one of the employees who completely ignored me. I had a question about adding a topping to my sandwich because there was no option on the self-serve station. I tried asking a second employee but was ignored by that one as well. There were 3 people standing around when I asked. I ended up yelling my question out and one of the employees came from the back and told me yes I could add onions to my sandwich. I also ordered my food “for here” and even took a number as prompted by the machine. Instead of bringing my food on a tray a man continued yelling “ma’am!” and brought my food to me in a bag and just dropped the bag on the table. The sodas were also all flat. When my mom went to ask them about the sodas the lady at the counter was on the phone and stated to my mom “what do you want, what do you want!” The fish sandwich was also cold and the cheese was dried up. While sitting and eating my food I observed several customers who waited at the counter to have their order taken and employees continued to walk past without acknowledging them. When they eventually took the orders they were rude and almost annoyed that the customer didn’t use the self service option. Overall the customer service was a zero star but this was not an option. Never coming back and would not recommend!"

"They were fast but did not ask if you need any condiments. My kids didn't have a straw of jelly for their biscuits for breakfast. I thought to myself I might as well get up earlier to cook for this kind of Service but mu kids love McDonald's but will not be going back to that one."

"Almost every time I come here they say they aren’t taking any orders because they’re backed up. This is the recording if it’ll let me post it and a photo I’m not sure if they’re understaffed or what but I just thought I’d make it known that after about 10pm they’re DoorDash and Uber eats only."

"5 stars for being the only McDonald's open 24 hours. My midnight snack cravings really appreciate that. I also visit during the day and the lobby is always peaceful clean and friendly. Great family atmosphere"
