"i arrived at this place at 8pm. there was 2 cars infront of me that held up the line for a good 25-30 minutes. When it was my turn to go to the window, i gave the guy the name on my order since i ordered online and he said he will be back with it. the whole time i was there a guy, im assuming the manager, was yelling and going off at all the other employees . the guy finally came back after another 10 minutes and basically threw the food at me. my food was cold but i did order online so its not like i was expecting it to be hot but to make this whole visit worst, i was missing a whole plate. my chicken finger plate was missing the cole slaw too."
"This was my first time at this location I didn’t order a lot of food but I’m always amazed with how good the chicken wing and chicken tenders were, the only problem was that it was kinda hard to see the pick up location kinda looks hidden but overall everything was good."
"I love their Asian Zensation Salad. It is unfortunately not always on the menu. I really dislike that fact, but when they do have it on the menu, I take advantage and order it every time I'm near Zaxby's."
