Customers beware. This store is bad. It’s not like this at other Taco Bell’s. Just this store in Morrisville."

"I ordered food here from Uber Eats and the driver told them that the bag had the wrong name on it. It had the name Krisha on it. It clearly wasn't my name. They told them that it was the correct order. Not only wasnt this my order, the food was old. I wonder if this is an intentional scheme to get rid of old food that they know that should be trashed. I don't trust them."

"I love taco bell, but the service and quality is slowly been getting way worse over years. They are managing now but will have to make a change. They also keep giving beef in the veggie items. Like they added a veggie menu to give some piece of mind to vegetarians, but do stuff like this. Mistakes happen but now i feel they do this on purpose and just dont care. Dont look at any of the old reviews over one star. DO NOT COME HERE!"

"I ordered online, no reason I should wait 45 minutes in the drive through, receive cold food which I could not eat because every single item was wrong and contained my allergen which I noted I had and removed from all my items in the app, not to mention I was also missing items… Love Taco Bell but not worth the allergic reaction. Tacos were also stale. I also was given a lot of attitude from the employees. Will be driving 20 minutes to a different one, still will be faster than this location"

"I ordered Nacho Bell Grande and the nachos were stale and soaked in oil and uncooked. At the window I asked if I can add another dish to the order, and I was refused and was asked to come back in the drive thru. Horrible food & service."
